What is a Bernedoodle?

A smile, laughter, a journey, and a love that’s unconditional, yet experienced in its own unique way! 

As we began our search to really understand what sits beneath the breed called ‘Bernedoodle’ , we landed at ‘Dream Valley Bernedoodles’.  

While it is obvious how adorable these fluff balls are, understanding their personalities and the depth of them was important to us.

Shyla and her family were there for every question, every thought process and more importantly, willing to share how they handle the breeding process.  Within moments , it was clear the love they have for their own , they exemplify for every litter they raise. 

You can read and research for hours to understand the intelligence, loyalty and affection this breed possesses- but it’s that personable raw conversation , or quick text to ask the questions you can’t find answers to that brings clarity.  

Still to this day , those personable genuine conversations happen- sharing the goofy thing you experienced yesterday or that burst of laughter that lasted for hours, or just simply understanding that question everyone says to themselves…

Well, we are blessed to know that our little one (said gently) carries the beauty of her mother and the playful wit of her father!

Charlie (Daisy’s Litter), Colorado

We are so blessed to have found Dream Valley Bernedoodles. Charlie has enhanced our lives in so many ways. He has the best personality and makes us laugh all of the time. Charlie is always smiling, and our "happy dog" brightens the day of everyone he meets. Charlie loves playing with other dogs, playing ball or tug, and is always excited to take a walk, swim in the lake, or roll around in the snow. He is super smart, affectionate, and loves to cuddle or give a hug.

Charlie has so many traits of his parents, including a beautifully soft and fluffy coat. He is just like his dad in that he loves to lay on his back with long legs spread out in the air to take a nap or rest his head against a leg or shoulder for attention. He is quick to learn and rarely repeats a disobedience act. Like his mom, Charlie is calm, likes to be by our side, and loves adults and kids alike. We couldn't have asked for a better puppy.

Shyla couldn't have made the whole process of adopting our new pup any smoother. She was always quick to respond and answered all of our questions. Once we selected Charlie, she would send pictures or videos to us almost every day until we could have him join our home. You could tell Shyla enjoyed the breeding process and loved all of the puppies her family has brought into this world. I would highly recommend Dream Valley Doodles. Shyla and Wayne have amazing dogs living in a loving and caring home, which shows in each of their litters. They truly are providing so many families with beautiful, affectionate companions.

Honeysuckle (Blossom’s Litter), West Virginia

Our sweet pup made our family complete! Shyla & Wayne are very accommodating, and allowed me to visit before choosing which puppy would be right for our family. They also answered all of my questions (and there were a lot!) and gave me some new puppy tips. Very good communication, and sweet people to work with. I was also impressed with how the puppies were housed/taken care of while waiting for homes. Their play area is big and they let them roam around on walks often. Honeysuckle (our Bernedoodle) is smart, sweet and cuddly, and silly- not to mention completely adorable. I will (and already have) recommend this breed and these breeders to anyone!
